VQN Banking has been used by Banks for debt collection and debt recovery since 1990. VQN is used as a stand-alone, as well as a departmental, solution for delinquent account collection.  It can easily interface to any Core Banking System or Financial Management Software.

It also utilizes "Tactics" and "Collector Strategies" to build intelligence into the work flow process. "Dynamic Queuing" allows for the creation of collector queues in a real time mode while allowing you to drill down and be very specific about the accounts that will be included in the queues.  A newer feature, which is proving to be one of our best feature set improvements, is the Behavioral Modeling Risk Scoring Routine.  This is a great aid in identifying "at risk" accounts.  Inspired by Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae regulations, our scoring routine not only helps segment at risk accounts, but it additionally allows you to keep "habitual late payers" out of the queues.  This helps collectors get through their queues by eliminating calls to customers who always/usually pay in the grace period or slightly thereafter.

VQN is an enterprise collections software solution, not just a departmental solution.  It can be used as a contact management system by collectors, loan officers, or branch personnel.  Branch personnel have the power of information at the point of customer contact.  Additionally, it is an aid to the Special Assets, Foreclosure, Repossession, Bankruptcy and Legal departments.

REPORTING: Tracking and reporting account information is important to the Financial Institution.  We have a wide variety of reports that measures financial health as well as collector productivity.
